Villa Nakula 2 is a modern, three bedroom/bathroom villa situated in the area of Seminyak and it is a short walk to Seminyak beach and is also walking distance to the great shopping, eating and drinking venues of Seminyak and the Double Six.
The villa is owned by Yulia, who is an amazing lady who has built up a stable of 5 lovely villas, she has taken the utmost care and time to detail with every one of her beautiful villas and she is very hands on with the running of her villas, so if there is any sort of problem or question she or her very efficient manager are readily available to help out.
She has very friendly, helpful staff and she has thought of everything and will do anything to accommodate any special needs you may have to make your stay more enjoyable. Her manager speaks excellent English and is also available to help you with any problems you may have.
Villa Nakula 2 is clean, spacious, comfortable and built in a modern Balinese style.
The villa has 3 large, air-conditioned bedrooms with king size beds, one of the beds can be separated to form 2 single beds, they have fans, TVs with Indovision and DVD players. All the bedrooms are spacious and have their own ensuites, most of the bathrooms are semi-outdoor and at least one of the bathrooms in the 3 bed roomed villa has a bath.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area and lounge area which are open sided and over look the swimming pool and tropical garden, there is also a TV and DVD player in the lounge area.
There is a desktop computer with high-speed Internet and free Wi-Fi.
The villa is fully staffed, any meals you would like cooked just discuss with the staff and they will buy and prepare a meal for you for a small price.
Villa Nakula 2 has a small but beautiful pool and gardens, with lots of room around the pool to lie around on; a Gazebo to laze in or to have a relaxing massage and also plenty of grass and areas to laze around.
The villa also has night-time security, safety deposit boxes and complimentary airport transfers.
Yulia has even included 2 bicycles with the villa, so you can check out your surroundings.

To secure your villa booking:
I will require an email confirmation of your dates and guest numbers.
I will then send you a pro forma invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit.
As all villa bookings are on a first come first serve basis, I recommend that you make this payment as soon as possible.
I will hold the villa booking for 5 working days from the time that I send you your invoice, to allow for the processing of payment.
Upon receipt of your deposit for booking this villa you will receive a confirmation email from me.
A final payment invoice will be attached to your confirmation email and this payment is required within 30 days of arrival.
All bank charges are to be paid by customer.

The Tanjung Dyana Pura Villa is a cozy 2 bedroom villa with a Balinese atmosphere and a modern, minimalist design. It is situated behind the busy street of Jalan Dyana Pura in Seminyak.
The villa is walking distance to Seminyak beach, the shops, clubs and restaurants and it is a 30 minute drive from the airport.
The villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suites, the main bedroom also has a TV.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area which are all semi open air and look onto the swimming pool and tropical gardens.
The lounge has a 32″ LCD TV a CD player and an overhead fan.
The villa has a safety deposit box for your valuables and free Wi Fi.
Airport transfers are included in the villa rates.
At a small cost to the guests, breakfast will be cooked for you.
Yulia also provides 2 bicycles for her guests to check out their surroundings.
